3. Lesson Scheduling & Appointments

- Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson times without refund.
- Road test appointments are subject to DMV availability and approval.
We reserve the right to reschedule lessons due to:
- Severe weather

- Instructor emergencies

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Student Cancellations
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or lesson forfeiture.
No-Shows
- Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without notice may result in loss of the scheduled session without refund.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All lesson packages and services must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed lessons
- Missed appointments
- No-shows
- Services already rendered
Processing fees or administrative charges may apply to approved refunds.
6. Road Test Vehicle Usage
When using a White Plains Driving Center vehicle for a road test:
- Students must possess a valid learner’s permit
- Students must follow all DMV rules and instructor directions
- Unsafe or unlawful behavior may result in cancellation of vehicle usage without refund
White Plains Driving Center reserves the right to refuse vehicle use if a student is deemed unsafe to operate the vehicle.
7. Student Responsibilities
Students agree to:
- Follow all traffic laws and instructor guidance
- Treat vehicles respectfully
- Wear seat belts at all times
- Avoid driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Any intentional damage to vehicles or equipment may result in financial liability.
8. Limitation of Liability

- DMV scheduling delays
- Failed road tests
- Traffic violations committed by students
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
